RIGHT OF ENTRY RESERVED (ROAR)
We reserve the right of entry to every event. If we have any doubts as to whether you meet our specified age minimum for the event, you will be required to provide a proof of age document with photo ID. Acceptable ID is a valid passport or photo driving license. If no acceptable proof of age document is shown when questioned, you will not be able to enter the venue and no ticket refund will be issued. We also reserve the right of entry to anyone who appears to be intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances.
RANDOM SEARCHES
We occasionally conduct random searches on entry to the venue. Anyone found to be in procession of any illegal substances, alcohol or dangerous objects, will be acted upon accordingly.
INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR
You will be asked to leave the venue if you behave inappropriately. The decision is final and will be made by the venue manager and authorised staff.

You can also purchase tickets by sending a cheque / postal order (payable to the venue) please also indicate which event ticket you require and how many tickets you would like to order. Include a Self addressed envelope (SAE) with stamp.
Please note: In Order to receive your tickets in time, The Show will need to be at least 10 working days away when we receive your order.

Terms and conditions
TICKET ORDER POLICY
All tickets purchased for our events are governed by our ‘Terms and Conditions’. In Particular, we draw your attention to the fact that all tickets are for personal use only and cannot be resold under any circumstances. Resale or attempted resale of our tickets is grounds for seizure or cancellation without refund or other compensation. Room Six and its affiliates, successors, or assigns may enforce these terms in accordance with the provisions of the contracts (Rights of third parties) Act 1999 (The Act).
Please DO NOT attempt to purchase tickets for our events from Touts, and Online auction sites; not only will you be encouraging this type of unauthorised activity, we will NOT honour any tickets purchased from anyone except ourselves.
Room Six is happy to welcome customers 14+ accompanied by an adult.
but the following restrictions apply:
Restricted shows I.E 18+ or 16 + will be shown as this on the website, Fliers and Tickets.
18+ Events will predominately be club nights.
Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult.
When performances are finished, under 18s will need to exit the venue promptly.
NO SMOKING POLICY
As with all other enclosed public spaces, Room Six is a No Smoking venue. As we are aware of smokers there is a designated sheltered area at the front of the venue, please use the bins that are provided.
To comply with the law we operate a Zero tolerance policy towards smoking in any part of the venue, anyone found smoking will be acted upon accordingly.
You will be asked to leave, No Refund or compensation will be issued.
DRUGS POLICY
Anyone found in procession of illegal substances, or under the influence will not be permitted in the venue, and acted upon accordingly. We have a zero drugs tolerance policy.

PARKING
There are plenty of parking spaces in the designated roads around the venue, but these do fill up quite quickly. Please arrive early to avoid difficulty in finding a space.
However, they are numerous pay and display car parks within walking distance.
LICENSING
Whilst, Room Six is predominately a 14+ years venue, With 16+ and 18+ nights (Normal Licensing rules apply).
We participate in the ‘challenge 25’ scheme and as such, anyone who is, or appears to be under 25, will be asked for ID at the bar, before being served.
A photo ID driving License or Passport will be required proof for evidence.
Customers are also requested to kindly refrain from drinking alcohol outside, upon entry to the venue and to keep noise to a minimal level to show respect to our neighbours.
If you are found drinking alcohol, looking underage – we will ask for photo ID. If you have no appropriate ID you will not be allowed into the venue, despite purchasing a ticket.
No Refunds or compensation will be issued.

On acceptance of purchasing a ticket it is confirmed that you have read, agreed and understood our terms and conditions, And will adhere to them.
ARTIST TERMS AND CONDITIONS
VENUE EQUIPMENT:
Any loss or damage to any of the equipment belonging to the
venue, or any damage incurred in the venue, will result in the artist, in
question to cover all
expenses on that evening.
Payment will be made by any of the
following measures:
Room Six will reserve the right to forfeit the total payment previously agreed with the representative or decrease the total payment to the artist by taking a realistic percentage, to cover the cost of damage, or funded personally by the individual(s). Those artists who were not guarenteed payment will still be subject to an invoice to cover all costs of damages or misplaced items. Any damages or items found to be missing, once the performer has left the premises, will lead to the appropriate representative to be in receipt of a fine/Invoice, failure to comply will lead to further actions
ACCESS TO THE VENUE PRIOR TO GENERAL ADMISSION / Sound Checks:
No persons, other than Staff of the venue, Performers of that evening, and their Manager/tour representative will be granted access to the venue before the doors open.
So please do not bring friends, fans, groupies, family before general public opening times, as they will be asked to leave
Noise Limiters / Electrical Equipment
In order to maintain a good relationship with our local residents and licensing laws is subject to a 90dba limit at the FOH desk, and this must be strictly adhered to.
All electrical equipment brought into Room Six by any incoming artists or technical team must be tested to health and safety and electrical requirements, with appropriate certificates.
All queries regarding the facilities offered should be made before signing or agreeing to any dates. If facilities in addition to those provided by Room Six are required, we might not be able to provide them, but if hired in, they will be charged against the artist’s fee. Room Six will not accept any responsibility for failure, or non- suitability of any equipment hired or brought in or of any equipment that does not comply with present Health and Safety and electrical regulations.
Guestlists / Rider
No Guestlists (free or discounted entry) or Rider will be issued unless previously agreed by the venue on the very first date of confirmation for the gig.
On acceptance of a gig offer - it is confirmed that the artist(s) have read, understood and agreed our terms and conditions and will adhere to them.
